Adelina-Andreea Siriteanu is a 3rd year PhD Student at the Doctoral School of Economics and Business Administration at Alexandru Ioan Cuza University of Iasi, Romania.
The title of the doctoral thesis is “Public policies to support direct investment in the context of sustainable development”. The articles published in this area are: The effects of energy taxes level on greenhouse gas emissions in the environmental policy measures framework, The Impact of Environmental Effects of Sustainable Development on Direct Investments, Tax Payment and the Performance of SMEs: A Longitudinal Analysis on EU Countries, Analysis of the link between corporate Governance and the pandemic investment decision, Study of specialized literature public policies to support direct investment in the context of sustainable development and The influence of social effects on stocks of direct investment in Eastern European countries.
Adelina holds a master’s degree in Finance -Insurance from the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration. Her current professional experience consists of the position of Associate University Assistant in the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration. Between July and September 2023, she held a position as an internal auditor in the “Rising Starts at Iulius” Internship program, organized by the ATTRIUS DEVELOPMENTS company. Her primary interests are related to the field of sustainable development, investment and public policy.

Erika-Maria Doacă is a PhD student in her 3rd year of studies, majoring in Finance, at the Doctoral School of Economics and Business Administration in Iasi (Alexandru Ioan Cuza University of Iasi). She is interested in the entrepreneurial environment, small and medium-sized enterprises, financing, competitiveness, sustainability, having the title of her doctoral thesis “Analysis of the competitiveness of small and medium-sized enterprises in the contextual improvement of access to financing resources”.
She is a graduate of the Finance and Banking specialization, later taking master’s courses in the field of Finance-Insurance. The interest in entrepreneurship is manifested by participating in various conferences in the field and by publishing a series of articles on this subject, as sole author or co-author: The Impact of Small and Medium Enterprises on Economic Growth: the Case of Romania; The impact of digitization of SMEs on their competitiveness; The impact of access to finance on the performance of the SME sector; Analysis of the bank concentration index and its effects; Application of ARDL modelling in global structural shocks and their dynamic impact on FDI; The influence of financial-banking stability on economic development; etc.
