Conference fee

The standard fee is 100 euro (500 lei) per participant. A discounted fee of 50 euro (250 lei) is applicable to PhD and Master’s students (for multi-authored papers, all authors must fulfill this condition).
The fee covers: participation in all plenary and panel sessions; the conference kit; coffee breaks; social events; online book of abstracts; paper publication in conference proceedings or associated journals.
The registration fee should be paid after the acceptance of the paper.

Available financial support

Financial support consisting in registration fee waiver will be provided for up to 5 participants from low and middle-income countries (excluding Romania) and up to 3 young researchers from Romania (PhD and Master’s students). To apply for financial support, the full paper (as a ready-to-publish manuscript) must be submitted before April 1^st, 2025. When sending the full paper (via e-mail), please be sure to explicitly specify that you want to apply for financial support.
