Debora GRECO

Debora Greco is an expert in social innovation, urban regeneration, and entrepreneurship development. As the Head of Innovation Hubs and Urban Regeneration at Fondazione G. Brodolini, she designs and implements projects that foster local development through participatory and innovative approaches. With extensive experience managing innovation hubs, startup programs, and EU-funded initiatives, she has coordinated key projects across Europe, focusing on sustainability, smart cities, and inclusive economic growth.
Debora holds a master’s degree in International Relations and Human Rights from the University of Turin and a Master in Management of Social Enterprises from SDA Bocconi. Passionate about fostering collaborative ecosystems, she has contributed to several conferences, publications, and strategic initiatives in social innovation.
Luis CERVILLA
Head of the European network of Disability Work Inclusive Social Enterprise (D-WISE)
With over 14 years of experience in EU social policies, Luis now leads the technical Secretariat of the D-WISE Network, a platform gathering together national associations and companies providing employment opportunities for persons with disabilities based on the social economy. Luis has extensive experience advising Foundations, social economy enterprises and European and national associations from civil society on issues related to European social policies.
Among other fields, Luis has been involved in a number of European legislative processes including the review of the European Pillar of Social Rights, the European Action Plan on Social Economy or the European Strategy on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities.
As part of his work, Luis and his team successfully managed to include strong social provisions in specific pieces of European legislation. These included the European Directive on minimum wages, the European Regulation on exempted state aid for persons with disabilities (GBER), or the Public Procurement Directives.
For over seven years, Luis Cervilla has been responsible for the coordination and strategic planning of the Disability Work Inclusion Social Enterprise (D-WISE) Network, an alliance of organisations from 12 different Member States (including Romania) involved in the social economy.
Founded in 2017 by the Spanish ONCE Foundation, the D-WISE Network aims to explore and highlight the role of Work Integration Social Enterprises (WISEs) in generating employment and promoting labor inclusion for people with disabilities across Europe.
As part of the work of the D-WISE Network, Luis leads the public communication and advocacy strategies of the Network. This includes establishing productive relationships with the European institutions, and providing firsthand analysis of regulatory developments affecting the development of social economy enterprises.
In addition, Luis also works on the wider sustainability topics, including circularity, the impact of the green transition on vulnerable groups, and corporate sustainability.

Her experience includes boutique consultancies, NGOs, UN, and start-ups. Since 2013 she has been active in the field of EU communications, focusing mostly on external communication, brand building, and reputation management.
